Navjyot (Navi) Singh Parmar leverages his extensive experience in healthcare strategy, operations, and regulations to help clients develop innovative solutions that optimize patient access and drive business growth.
Before joining Avalere Health, Navi served as Director of Commercial at Prescient Healthcare Group, where he led new product planning, organizational transformation, and payer and provider strategy. His work included guiding clients through the complexities of the Inflation Reduction Act, driving revenue growth, and developing go-to-market strategies that supported multimillion-dollar growth opportunities.
Previously, Navi spent eight years at Deloitte, where he managed strategy, regulatory, and operational engagements focused on regulatory changes, value-based care, Medicare, and Medicaid for major payers, providers, and pharmacy benefit managers. He led engagements that secured over $400 million in COVID-19 reimbursements for a major national hospital system and drove $10 million in strategic change initiatives for a Fortune 20 healthcare client.
Beyond his professional experience, Navi serves on the Board of Directors at ProduceGood, where he has helped address food insecurity by helping rescue over 1 million pounds of sustainable food.
Navi holds an MPH from Drexel University and a BA from Syracuse University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.
